1. What we collect

·       Order and transaction information: what you bought, order history, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers — payments are processed by our payment provider.

·       Enquiry information: details you provide when you contact us or submit a marketplace enquiry, including your intended application and buyer type.

·       Website usage data: via cookies and analytics — pages visited, device, and general location. See Cookies below.

2. How we collect it

We collect information directly from you when you place an order, create an account, contact us, or submit an enquiry; and automatically through our website and its service providers (such as Shopify and analytics tools).

3. Why we collect and use it

·       To process and fulfil orders and provide customer support.

·       To respond to enquiries and, for marketplace enquiries, to qualify and facilitate introductions between buyers and sellers.

·       To send you information about products, offers, or listings where you've opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).

·       To meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

·       To improve our website and services.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed to run our business: with service providers (payment processors, freight and logistics carriers, our e-commerce platform, and email/analytics providers); with a third-party seller or buyer where you've submitted a marketplace enquiry and engaged in the introduction process; and where required or authorised by law. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Marketplace enquiries & confidentiality

If you submit a marketplace enquiry, we may share the information you provide with the relevant equipment seller to facilitate the introduction. Seller identities are kept confidential from buyers until a qualified buyer is engaged, typically under a non-disclosure agreement. If you're a seller, buyer details you receive through us must be used only for the transaction and handled in line with the confidentiality terms we agree with you.

6. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers may store or process data overseas. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No online system is completely secure, and you provide information at your own risk, but we work to safeguard it.

8. Cookies
